2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and license key. Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility.
Each subscription license may only be activated on the number of devices (seats) included in your purchased plan.
3. License
NEX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the desktop email studio for your personal or business projects during your active subscription period.
You may not:
- Redistribute the software.
- Sell, rent, or sublicense the application.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or decompile the software.
- Attempt to bypass licensing or activation systems.
4. Billing
Subscription purchases are currently processed manually after you submit an order request through our website. Once reviewed, our team will contact you by email or phone with payment instructions and activation details.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
If your purchase has been approved, you may request a refund within 5 business days from the approval date.
Requests submitted after the refund period may still be reviewed as cancellation requests at our discretion.
Subscription upgrades, downgrades, duration extensions, and plan changes are processed manually. Once submitted, our team will review the request and respond by email or phone.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use NEX for any unlawful or abusive activity, including:
- Sending spam or unsolicited commercial emails.
- Phishing or fraudulent campaigns.
- Distributing malware or harmful software.
- Violating intellectual property rights.
- Any activity prohibited under applicable laws.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the NEX platform.
You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time through the billing page or by contacting our support team.
8. Liability
NEX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NEX and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the software or services.
